Welcome to COR620Fitness for Women home of ZUMBA in Fishers.
ZUMBA in Fishers is a ladies only fitness class located in Fishers Indiana. I keep smaller class sizes so that you can get to know those you around you and feel more comfortable and hopefully build relationships as well as get in shape. My classes keep the original flavor of ZUMBA hosting 70-80% of the songs from Latin songs and rythymns! I rarely do hip-hop or jumping moves. Protecting knee and back health is very important to me.
Keeping it ladies only keeps it real and comfortable for my gals. Don't dispair guys, you are welcome to any evening classes and events.
